OVERVIEW
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. and purchased within the last 14 days.
COMPLETING RETURNS.
To complete your return if bought instore, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase before a refund can be issued.
Online purchases will be automatically recoreded.
Shipping is at the shippers cost and will not be refunded unless the issue is our fault.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed to.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- CD or DVD that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery with prior agreement.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within a reasonable amount of time, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is issued.
Contact your credit card company in the next instance. It may take some time before your refund is officially returned according to your payment card issuer.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, firstly send us an email to [email protected].
Once you have recieved confirmation to return your item, please return it to:

Once your return is received we will send you an acknowldegement email to discuss the next step. Either an exchange or refund if the item is in it’s original condition.
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method and card used.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included..
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. A tracking number will be issued on dispatch.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item so a return tracking method is advisable.
