Wife of Óðr and leader of the Valkyries and the twin sister of the Norse god Freyr.

Half of those who die in battle will go to Odin in Valhalla whilst the other half will go to Freya in Folkvangr.
She wears a cloak of falcon feathers which allows her to shapeshift and her necklace Brísingamen‘which was created for her by the dwarves. She rides upon a boar named Hildsvin‘or has a chariot pulled by two large grey cats.
