Lancashire Mead’s, Baldur’s Mead is a traditional, dry mead made from wildflower honey.

Baldur’s Mead, an award winning ‘˜Hydromel’ (pure honey mead) made using wildflower honey. Giving it a dry finish, by using slightly less honey. The wildflower gives it a deeper, earthier flavour without that sweet edge.

This mead is wild fermented (no yeast is added) which allows the delicate flavours of the honey to come through.
