Signature Mead

Signature Mead by Apothecary Meads is a traditional honey mead, created using honey collected from the Welbeck Estate, set in the ancient Sherwood Forest. Welbeck bees work hard collecting the honey for this fantastic mead. Directly from the Hawthorn, Lime Blossom and Sweet Chestnut Blossoms that line the avenues and woodlands of this picturesque estate.

This blend of mead produces hints of sandalwood and lime, a light golden amber colour and is medium sweet. This classic honey blend is the basis for the unique range of Apothecary Meads.
