The Viking’s Blood Lancashire Mead is a fruity mead made from hedgerow berries and blossom honey.

A ‘˜melomel’ (fruited honey} mead, made using blossom honey. It is wild fermented (no yeast is added) and uses only the yeast from the fruit itself. Fresh hedgerow berries (blueberry, blackcurrant and blackberry) are added during the fermentation process. Delivering this highly palatable, fruity mead.
