Baldur’s Lancashire Mead

Lancashire Mead’s, Baldur’s Mead is a traditional, dry mead made from wildflower honey.

‘Baldur the Aesir God of Light or The Shining One.  The God of purity, fairness, beauty  and loved by all.’

Baldur’s Mead, an award winning ‘˜Hydromel’ (pure honey mead) made using wildflower honey. Giving it a dry finish, by using slightly less honey. The wildflower gives it a deeper, earthier flavour without that sweet edge.

This mead is wild fermented (no yeast is added) which allows the delicate flavours of the honey to come through.
