Light in colour, with delicate floral and honey aromas. Has a dry start with a smooth and savoury finish. Will keep you coming back for more. A real hit with beekeepers as the rich aroma of beeswax, propolis and fresh pollen. Reminds you of the sweet smell of beehives in spring.

This sparkling mead, with it’s delicate bubbles and Champagne like style, goes very well as an aperitif or small tasting plates/ tapas. Equally this sparkling mead has been used as an environmentally conscious alternative to Champagnes and Prosecco as reception drinks, and toasts for weddings.
