We have made every effort to ensure that all product information on this website is accurate. All images on this website have been taken either by members of staff at Wyrdraven or by the supplier/manufacturer. The colours, sizes and shapes may vary slightly from those shown such as our drinking horns and horned goods, handmade clothing and leather goods and some goods made from iron or wood as no two items can be made exactly as before due to the unique nature of the materials used.

Due to the nature of some of the products that we sell, we may ask you to provide us with proof of your age before we can process your purchase. You may be asked to send us a copy of your passport or driving licence.

We accept payment via all major credit/debit cards, including American Express, Paypal or BACS. Paying with your credit/debit card online is the easiest way to pay. Payment may also be taken over the phone if you would prefer to call us to pay via this method. You will still need to forward your proof of age ahead of your call.

If an item is out of stock, we will let you know and give you the option to delay shipping until all items are in stock, remove the item from your order and continue to send the remainder, place the item on back order, swap it for another item, or cancel your order. We will NOT refrain from posting your order until all items are in stock without your prior instructions.

Sometimes we may need to increase our prices slightly to reflect on current economic or currency rates, at any given time. We strive to give you the best quality items on the market and keep our products at the lowest prices possible.

It is against the law in the UK to sell weapons or alcohol to persons under the age of 18. For the initial purchase of our sharp knives or alcohol, you will be required to provide a valid proof of age. This can only, legally, be in the form of a valid EU photo card licence, up-to-date military ID or passport.
Any items requiring proof of ID can only be sent to the ID holders current address.

Alternatively, items requiring ID can be purchased in person at our shop here in Glastonbury. We are a ‘Challenge 25’ store so if you don’t look 25 then you will need to prove that you are indeed over 18.

All prices shown include 20% VAT. We will not be responsible for any taxes or further charges incurred upon arrival in destinations outside of the EU. Please check import taxes or further charges with your country prior to ordering goods. Any returns/refunds will not include any import charges or taxes incurred from your purchase unless there is a fault and it is deemed to be ours.

All card payments will be processed with the highest security. All our shop payments and card readers are PCI DSS Level 1 Compliant to ensure your financial safety during any payments received over the phone. All online payments are sent via an encryption method, so no card details can be viewed at any time. No information is held on file other than name and delivery address for the purpose of shipping goods.

The only time we may collect personal contact information from you, is if you create an account with us, sign up to our newsletter or use our inquiry form. You can request to have this information removed at any time. We only use this information to reply to your inquiry and inform you of any relevant news, sales, events or blog posts but for no other purpose. We, at Wyrdraven, do not disclose or resell your data to any other persons or third parties.

Wyrdraven values your privacy and any personal details are only kept whilst fulfilling your order and disposed of once your order has been shipped and in total compliance with GDPR. We take the security of your personal details seriously and only keep them as long as it takes for us to attach a postage label to your package.

Cookies are used on our site where they are necessary for the site function. They are used to aid navigation and to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart. If you log in to an account, your logged-in status is recorded in a temporary cookie. If you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option in the checkout, a cookie will be used to remember your details.

We also make use of Google Analytics in order to better understand our customer’s needs and optimise our site for a better customer experience. Google Analytics sets cookies in order to function. We choose to use Google Analytics in a mode which does not store any personal details of website visitors – your IP address will remain anonymous.

You can turn off cookies by blocking them in your browsers privacy settings. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use them.

Technical purposes essential to the effective operation of our websites, particularly in relation to on-line transactions and site navigation require the use of cookies for optimal functions, such as to create bespoke marketing for you, particularly web banner advertisements and targeted updates.

They also help us to collect information about your browsing and shopping patterns, including to monitor the success of campaigns, competitions etc to allow us to tailor information relevant to your browsing preferences.

Finally, they allow us to disclose information to third parties for the purpose of shipping goods.

All orders received before 12pm will usually be dispatched the same working day, depending on workload and season. Delays may be expected during peak seasons, adverse weather conditions and Christmas time but we will endeavour to do our best so that you receive your goods as soon as possible.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day thereafter.

• Dispatches via DHL will be made Monday – Friday
• Dispatches via Royal Mail will be made Monday – Saturday

All goods are dispatched via tracked shipping and will require a signature. Please always ensure the correct address is given as no responsibility will be taken for goods delivered elsewhere if the address given has an error.

Wyrdraven has a 14 day returns policy. All goods must be returned in it’s original packaging and in an unused, original condition.

Any items damaged during transit should be reported within 48 hours of delivery at the email address: [email protected].

Returned goods will be returned at the buyers expense unless damage has been caused in transit or in error on our part or the manufacturers. In this case shipping will be refunded in full, upon receipt of the goods back to us.

Returns should be sent via a tracked and signed for method.
