This is an 11c Viking sword which is based on a popular design from this era.
The sword has a heat treated, malleable cast iron pommel and guard. The tempered steel, full-tang blade is hand-riveted to the pommel and is finished with a leather bound hilt. The blade is blunt and the tip is rounded for safety.
The sword comes with a leather bound, wooden scabbard with 2 straps to secure the sword to a belt.
