Bronze Rimmed Blowing Horn

The bronze rimmed blowing horn is made from real buffalo horn and polished to perfection. It also comes with a bronze mouthpiece, helping it to produce a clear and reverberating sound. The blowing horn is 50 – 55cm long and accompanied with a long, thin, leather strap. Making it easier to carry around or hang as ornamental.

Each horn is a natural product, therefore every piece is unique and varies slightly in colour and size. No bronze rimmed blowing horn is ever the same as another blowing horn. 

All our horn products are by-products of the food industry, and would be thrown out if not repurposed. By using each part of the buffalo we are prolonging its beauty for much longer provided it’s taken care of. Just like the Vikings did centuries ago.

CARING AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS FOR BRONZE RIMMED BLOWING HORN:

• To wash the horn use a small amount of washing up liquid and warm water. 
• DO NOT place your blowing horn in the dishwasher.
• DO NOT leave in hot water to soak as this will damage your horn beyond repair.
• The use of a baby bottle brush may be used gently to clean longer horns.
• Air dry.
• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
