Featuring a great depth of flavour with heather notes on the nose, this sparkling mead is one to take on them all. The bottles lye for around 9 months in second fermentation, developing complex honey and brioche-like flavours. If you haven’t tried this sparkling mead before or if you’re connoisseur, this one is not to be missed.
