The oak brings added depth to the natural richness of the honey, introducing layers of toasted wood, vanilla, gentle spice and distinctive peaty smoke. Smooth and full-bodied, it finishes with lingering notes of caramel, charred oak and warming whisky.
Serve neat or over ice and take your time over it beside the fire. It also pairs beautifully with mature cheese, smoked foods, dark chocolate and rich desserts.
