Lancashire Meads, Skadi’s Mead is a ‘˜hydromel’ (pure honey) mead made using blossom honey. This gives it a medium sweet taste and is suitable for drinkers of white wine and is slightly dry. Can be enjoyed both chilled, on ice or at room temperature. Also enjoyable accompaniment to desserts.
