Summerisle Mead by Apothecary Meads is a spiced metheglin honey mead. A lemon, bay and cardamom mead crafted utilising meadow flower honey collected from the Welbeck Estate. An English stately home set in the ancient Sherwood Forest. A more sweeter, than sour, aromatic lemon flavour. Clear, light and best served chilled. An ideal accompaniment to white meat, fish and salad dishes.
