This is a Three Lobe Viking sword based on the style used by the feared Danish King Godfred until his death in 810ad.
This sword was a typical Viking style used from the 8th into the 10th century. Made entirely by hand, the cross-guard and pommel are malleable, heat-treated cast iron. The blade is made of spring steel through to the pommel where it is then hand-riveted. The blade has a pronounced fuller for greater elasticity and light weight.

The handle is leather wrapped. The scabbard is made from a leather covered light wood with two straps to allow the sword to be worn from a belt or crossbody strap.
