The Wye Valley Mango Mosaic mead is a complex combination of mosaic hops with the zest of mango. Delivering a veritable juice bomb of a sparkling mead with a refreshing flavour.  The Mango Mosaic sparkling mead is, in part, inspired by East Coast IPA beers but brewed on pure honey. A mead is for those of adventurous spirit.
