Shipping Cost & Delivery

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 12pm on the same working day depending on workload and season. Delays may be expected during peak seasons, adverse weather conditions and Christmas time. We will endeavor to do our best so that you receive your goods as soon as possible.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day thereafter.

Dispatches via DHL will be made Monday – Friday
Dispatches via Royal Mail will be made Monday – Saturday
All goods are dispatched via tracked shipping and will require a signature. Please always ensure the correct address is given as no responsibility will be taken for goods delivered elsewhere if the address given has an error.

We do not sell any meads outside of the UK.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are all calculated at final checkout. We use the couriers Royal Mail and DHL and their plugins to calculate the cost automatically. We advise you to find the cheapest option out of both couriers, as prices vary according to where you are sending goods. You also have the option of click and collect from our store in Glastonbury if you fancy a quick tripto the Isle of Avalon.

If you are based in the Scottish Highlands or Islands, prices may vary as some couriers do not deliver to this part of the UK. In this case an alternative courier will be used based on the best prices available at the time. If there are any issues in delivery, we will contact you immediately.

Income Charges

Due to Brexit, sending goods to all EU countries will now incur extra delivery costs and charges. Wyrdraven will not be responsible for these extra charges so please check with your local customs office for extra costs that will be incurred before making a purchase.

Any and all import charges will be paid by the customer. Please be aware of this before making any purchases outside of the UK. Wyrdraven will not be responsible for any import charges incurred on purchase of goods outwith the UK. If you have any queries regarding import charges, please contact us at [email protected].

Returns

Wyrdraven has a 14 day returns policy. All goods must be returned in it’s original packaging and in an unused, original condition or no refund will be issued.

Any items damaged during transit should be reported within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your name and shipping order number.

Returned goods will be returned at the buyers expense unless damage has been caused in transit or in error on our part or the manufacturers. In this case shipping will be refunded in full, upon receipt of the goods back to us.

Returns should be sent via a tracked and signed for method.
