The ‘˜Nevermore’ mead from Apothecary Meads is an Acerglyn mead. Made using maple syrup as well as honey during the fermentation process.

An aromatic mead created using raw honey, maple syrup, bay, Indian assam tea, and chai spices (ginger, green cardamom, cinnamon, star anise, fennel, peppercorns and cloves).

The Nevermore mead is an amber gold, aromatic mead with a light, smooth texture. A wonderful, warming mead.
