Icelandic Inspired Coffee

Öskuhús coffee is the brainchild of the wonderful Oddný Edwards. Born and raised in the stunning country of Iceland, Oddný loved to research the flora and fauna of the wonderful landscape around her.

She furthered her research in her mid teens by moving to Hawaii where she immersed herself in an organic flower and herb farm to further her knowledge.
Later, she would return to the UK and set up the multi award winning eatery Öskubox.

After a time, Öskubox closed but Öskuhús was born, to continue to keep the Viking flavours alive and kicking. Why let a lack of premises stop her from serving authentic Icelandic infused food and drink. The show must go áfram!

Öskuhús coffee is something very special and unique and loved by all who try it. With it’s many health benefits, everything about Öskuhús coffee and it’s infusion of the ash tree is organic, lovingly harvested and with great attention to detail leaving nothing going to waste. Just like the Vikings would have done all those years ago.
